The upper level has 4 bedrooms (2 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed & 2 king single beds), all with ceiling fans and with air-conditioning in the main and 2 other bedrooms. 100 acres of prime land mixed, cleared land and bush north of Newcastle, NSW. Good size sites (we have a 22ft caravan) our friends had an en-suite site, which was amazing also.
